AVORA is not on the App Store or Google Play. It is an installable web app, which is why there is no download to approve.
The plan is a card that settles in the currency you are standing in, at the rate shown before you pay — so nobody changes money at an airport counter again. It is Phase 4, and it is not built.

A card gets lost, a checkout gets breached, and any system can be attacked — anyone who tells you otherwise has not thought about the problem. This is the standard the first card is being built to, stated before it ships rather than after.
Locked the instant you need it
The freeze will be applied at the authorisation layer, not queued for a later batch — so a transaction attempted a second after you lock the card is declined, not refunded next week.
Only the last four on the metal
The full number and the CVV stay in the app, and can be rotated after a bad checkout without the card ever leaving your pocket.
Written down before it is built
This is the standard the first card is being built to. AVORA holds no customer money today and makes no claim about protecting any — when it does, the arrangement will be published before it accepts a euro.

AVORA is a demonstration project. No card is produced, no membership is sold, and nothing described here is purchasable.
Nobody holds a AVORA card, so nobody can tell you what it is like to hold one. This space is where members will speak once there are members — and it stays empty until then.

What we will publish
Reservation counts as they happen, and phase dates when they move. Both, not only the flattering one.
What we will never do
Write a quote and attribute it to a member. If you read a testimonial here one day, a person said it.
The ones people actually ask before reserving. Where the answer is uncomfortable, it is still the answer.
