Global reach
Where the card works, what is held, and what reach does not mean.

The figures
The numbers quoted across this site, in one place:
- 150 countries where the card is accepted.
- 38 currencies held simultaneously in one account.
- 24 crypto assets convertible to spendable balance.
- 0.04% to convert, in every one of them.
- Five working days from a series closing to delivery, worldwide, at no charge.
Where the team is
Roughly sixty people across Madrid, Lisbon and Zurich. Small enough that the series are capped by what can actually be made and shipped, rather than by a marketing decision.
What reach does not mean
Acceptance in 150 countries is not authorisation to operate in 150 countries. A real firm's licence covers specific territories, and there would be a list here of the places it may not serve. Reach is a network fact; permission is a regulatory one, and they are routinely conflated in marketing.
And the necessary caveat
AVORA is a demonstration project. It holds no banking licence, is authorised by no regulator, takes no deposits and sells nothing. This document is written to show the shape and tone such a document takes, and creates no rights or obligations for anyone.
