Customer agreements
The contracts that would govern each product, and what to read first in them.

No agreement exists
Nothing on this site creates a contract. There is no account agreement to sign, no card agreement to accept, and no terms you could breach, because there is no service.
What a real set would contain
A firm offering these products would have separate agreements for:
- The account — how it is opened, operated, frozen and closed, and on what notice.
- The card — liability for unauthorised transactions, and the deadline for reporting them.
- Payments — execution times, cut-offs, and what happens to a payment sent in error.
- Currency conversion — how the rate is set and when it is fixed.
- Any credit — the rate, the total cost, and the consequences of missing a payment.
- Data — what is processed, on what basis, and for how long.
What to read first in a real one
Three clauses decide most disputes: the liability limit for unauthorised transactions, the notice period for changing terms unilaterally, and the circumstances in which the firm may freeze or close an account without warning. They are rarely near the front.
